We can only accept online orders for delivery to UK addresses, shipments to non-UK addresses (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) are only considered on an individual basis, please call for further details.
Carriage options are selectable at the checkout, for most destinations you can choose between Standard and Next Day Services.
We despatch orders either via Royal Mail or National Carrier. All deliveries by Carrier and some Royal Mail deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that deliveries of some larger items may take up to 3 days to any delivery zones and that Saturday deliveries are not included in our delivery options. Also, please note that some longer items are not available for delivery to some Island destinations, see notes on product listings.

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This applies to orders received Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 2.00pm may not be despatched until the next working day. Orders received on Fridays will be despatched the same day or on the next working day.
Orders received during the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.

Surcharges will apply to shipments to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly. The charges will be added at the checkout according to the destination and the service selected, please see below.
Please note that the following Postcodes are included in the Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery zone - IV1-36 & 40-49 & 51-56, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3 & 5-17, PA20-49 & 62-77, PH17-26 & 30-44 & 49-50, PA60-61 & 78, ZE1-3. Deliveries to any of these postcodes may take up to 3 days rather than the specified 2 days.
Please note that failure to select the correct carriage charge options for your delivery address will delay the despatch of your order.
