| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. We will send an email confirming reciept of your order and payment recieved, this will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will also email you to confirm that we have despatched your order. |

All orders will require a signature upon delivery unless you give details of other arrangements at the time of order. | Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This applies to orders received Monday through Thursday. Orders received Friday will be despatched the same day or on the next working day. Orders received at the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. Orders received after 2.00pm on any day may not be despatched until the next working day. Please note that our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays unless by special arrangement. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges As we only ship orders within the UK the standard current VAT will always be added. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item ordered and would like to return it under the distance selling regulations you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You must then return the items to us, at your own cost, within 28 days. The items must be returned to us in the original undamaged packaging and in new condition. Returns may also, at our discretion, be accepted during the period between 7 and 28 days from the purchase date. If such a return is authorised it will be subject to a re-stocking/administration fee of 30% of the invoice value of the goods. |
