Product Information
This smaller hen house sits on the ground and can accomodate 3 medium birds or 5 smaller bantams. The houses are made from 100% recycled plastic and they are well ventilated. In the winter months the hen house will stay dry and inside the temperature will remain the same as the external temperature (hens have plenty of feathers to keep cosy) and in the summer months the UV protected plastic roof will reflect the suns rays keeping the hens cool inside. We love these coops - the design, the easy build, the thought that has gone into the wellfare of the hens and the enjoyment of the poultry keeper.

Each of our three styles of coop are available in three sizes to accommodate between 2-15 hens, with the Wagon designed for up to 8 large hens or 15 bantams. Each Small coop is equipped with one perch and one nesting box, with two perches and two nesting boxes in the Medium and Large coops. The Wagon features 3 perches and two nesting boxes.
Our Raised coops are elevated 450mm off the ground, making them even easier to clean and collect your eggs. This additional space also allows your hens to take shelter from bad weather under the hen house.

Nestera coops leave very few places for red mites to hide and reproduce. Using recycled plastic for our chicken coops instead of wood ensures cleaning is easy. Red mite prevention is a big issue for chicken keepers but our customers often find they no longer have problems with infestations.
